MESSAGING IN THE MIDST OF DUELING INFORMATION ECOSYSTEMS

The capacity to manage information and build relationships in an information environment in which individuals and communities interact electronically requires authenticity as evidenced by three primary principles:
Don't over-communicate.
Make communications two-sided as much as possible.
Lead with authenticity - not unsupportable positivity.

Here are a few examples announcing plans for the 2020-21 school year in the midst of persistent rumors about state oversight and centralized decision-making taking the "local" out of local control.
